Who we are

What we collect and why

Purchase data — name, email, billing country and transaction details, processed by our payment and delivery partners (Gumroad and its payment providers) to fulfil your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Newsletter data — your email address and optional first name, used to send the emails you asked for. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw in one click in any email.

Support correspondence — the content of emails you send us, used to answer you and improve our products. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Website analytics — aggregated usage data collected only if you consent via the cookie banner, used to improve the site. See the Cookie Policy below. Legal basis: consent.

What we never do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share personal data with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not send marketing without consent.

Processors

We use reputable processors to run the business — payment and delivery (Gumroad), email delivery (our email service provider) and analytics — each bound by data processing agreements. Some processors operate outside the UK; where so, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically six years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support threads are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; and data portability. Email admin@hospiflowai.com and we will respond within one month. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time, though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

Essential cookies make the site work — page delivery, security and the checkout handoff to Gumroad. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies are set only if you consent via the banner, and tell us in aggregate which pages help people. We use privacy-respecting analytics with no cross-site tracking. Declining changes nothing about your experience.

What we don't use: advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or anything that follows you around the internet. Third-party surfaces (the Gumroad checkout, embedded video) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
