Every paid HospiFlow AI product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't save you genuine time — or simply isn't right for you — email admin@hospiflowai.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Why we can offer this
Refund requests are rare, and we'd rather refund £29 than have an operator feel they wasted money on us. If something specific disappointed you, telling us is optional — but every piece of that feedback has improved the product for the next buyer.
