1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of hospiflowai.com and the purchase of digital products from HospiFlow AI Ltd, [registered address], company number [number]. Buying a product or using the site means you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Products

Our products are digital files delivered electronically via Gumroad immediately after purchase. Product descriptions state what each includes; we make our best effort to keep every claim accurate and specific.

3. Price and payment

Prices are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Gumroad and its payment partners; we never see or store your card details. VAT, where applicable, is handled at checkout.

4. Delivery

Download links are delivered by email and stored permanently in your Gumroad library. If delivery fails, contact admin@hospiflowai.com and we will resolve it within one working day.

5. Licence

Products are sold under a single-business licence: full internal use across one business (including multiple sites under common ownership) by its owners, managers and staff. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or use of the products to provide paid services to other businesses is not permitted. Outputs you create using our prompts with third-party AI tools are yours. Multi-business and professional licences are available via admin@hospiflowai.com.

6. Refunds

All paid products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. This sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

7. Updates

Where a product includes free updates, these apply to that edition and are delivered through your Gumroad library. We may retire or replace products; access to files you have purchased continues.

8. No professional advice

Nothing we publish constitutes legal, financial, employment, food-safety or other regulated professional advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate output; you are responsible for reviewing anything you use or publish. Always take qualified advice on regulated matters.

9. No guarantee of results

Our products provide tools, templates, prompts and guidance. What they achieve for you depends on your business, your market, and how you use them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — including, without limitation, any specific time saving, revenue increase, cost reduction, booking growth or other business result. Any examples, figures or time estimates in our products or marketing are illustrative of how the tools can be used, not a promise of the results you will achieve. 12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
